It seems that the next flagship Galaxy Note device will feature an iris scanner, giving users the ability to unlock their phones using their eyes. That’s according to a new report by Sammobile – a generally reliable Samsung news outlet – which cites newly leaked screenshots sourced from PriceRaja. The screenshots show the security settings page of a Samsung smartphone, one in Chinese and the other in Korean. The usual options to secure the phone – fingerprint and PIN – are listed, but there’s a new third option that reportedly reads: “use iris”.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 6, also rumoured as the Galaxy Note 7, is expected to launch in August this year. The handset probably won’t go on sale until September however, according to recent reports. The phone’s rumoured specs include:

• 5.77-inch display
• 2K (QHD) screen resolution
• Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 processor
• Adreno 530 GPU
• 6GB RAM
• 256GB storage
• 4,200mAh battery
• IP68-certified waterproof/dustproof body
